J-J-Jenica's Challenge Response 3 "Best of Me"

Hey guys. In light of all my depressed posts, I thought I would put up something happier for a change. I finally decided on a "Best of Me" song. I don't think I need to explain it. This feeling makes me happy. I couldn't get a lyric sheet or video, though, as Double Negative (the band who plays the song) hasn't been signed by a record label...yet... I found out about them through Facebook, where I have a friend, who has another friend, who is friends with the lead singer and bassist in the band. (Yay internet!) So here's the song. This is a song by Paramore (that I can play on guitar) that I like to listen to when I'm angry, usually with a specific group of people who will remain unnamed. I don't like it when I'm angry, (haha, I sound like the Hulk) so I'm fitting it in with the "Worst of Me" category. Enjoy.

SAVE FERRIS!

Hey guys. Yesterday I watched The Breakfast Club and Ferris Beuler's Day Off (both by John Hughes, teenage drama/comedy master). They were fantastic. I liked Breakfast Club a little better, but they were both good. (Disclaimer: Both movies mentioned in this post have language and some adult themes. Parental guidance/previewing advised.) Breakfast Club is an awesome movie about five teens with lots of angst who don't know each other, but are all given detention on a Saturday and all kinds of epic storyline ensues. Ferris Beuler is a comedy (and sort of teen angst movie, but not really) about a rebellious teen (named Ferris Beuler) who skips school and goes on the adventure of a lifetime.

So anyways, J-J-Jenica has supplied me with another challenge: put the song titles and lyrics to songs that describe the best and worst of me. As I am a complicated individual, and I don't know what she means by "best and worst", I'll be putting up a number of songs that I like and feel fit the category in some way. You can expect those to be up by Thursday. Right now, I have to study, as I have school tomorrow. Hope you're all doing well.

Naius Posticus Est

Hey guys! As the title above says, Nai is back! Yay! Now you can all--wait a sec, you don't care. Whatevs. So anyway, I haven't posted in a while, but I assure you there was a good reason. You'll just have to take my word for it though, because I'm not going to say what it is. Not much is new. Finals are coming up, my cousin's heart tumors seem to be getting better, and I know a bunch of new songs on guitar. So yeah, this post is mostly to show you that I'm alive and I haven't been kidnapped by the Sweedish Mafia. To conclude this post, I will say that (A.) I'm in the process of watching Breakfast Club, and so far it rocks, (B.) I don't understand how my friends like Furry Vengence, as it is quite possibly one of the worst films ever released in theaters, and (C.) Someone told me this week that they thought my depression was a big joke. If it is, the joke is on me.
